Look closer.

Made to be found. At first glance a Hidden Verse polo is just a great polo. Look a little closer.

Why hidden? Jesus warns against doing good “before men, to be seen by them,” and reminds us that “your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly” (Matthew 6:1, 6). So nothing here is shouted across the chest. The details are kept close, the way the psalmist says: “I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you” (Psalm 119:11). A hidden verse is not a hidden faith, though. It is faith in plain sight, made to be found.

  1. Light-navy piping on the collar, with the tape cross inside the back of the neck

    The piping.

No chest logo. A light-navy piping runs along the collar edges and around the neck.

  2. Three buttons.

    Three buttons.

Three horn buttons, each stitched with a cross. Three, for the Trinity.

  3. Small tone-on-tone three-cross just below the back collar of a navy polo

    Below the back collar.

A small tone-on-tone three-cross, about 1.25 inches, centered just below the back collar. No print. Just the three-cross, tone on tone.

  4. A small woven three-cross, tone on tone, on a navy sleeve

    The sleeve.

A small woven three-cross, tone on tone, on the left sleeve, for Calvary. It is not meant to be seen from a distance.

  5. Inside the collar.

    Inside the collar.

Inside the collar is a cross of tapes. Across the neck reads SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND · MATTHEW 7:7, and a tape reading JOHN 3:16 hangs straight down from its center, inside the back. Matthew 7:7: “Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.” John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”

  6. Woven verse tape inside the left front hem

    Inside the hem.

A woven tape inside the left front hem reads SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND · MATTHEW 7:7. Nothing metal, so it stays flat when the polo is tucked.

  7. On the cap.

    On the cap.

Twelve holes form a cross, one for each of the twelve apostles. The center hole is larger, and the rest taper toward the base. Psalm 121:1–2 is under the brim: “I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.” The tee strap holds the ball marker.

  8. On the marker.

    On the marker.

John 3:16 on one side: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.” Your choice of cross on the other.

The golf accessories carry the same mark and the verse: the Verse Tee Pack, the Divot Tool, the Ball Marker Pack, and the Seek. Find. Kit. Each one is coming soon.

Faith in plain sight. Made to be found.

The verses behind the details

Our name starts with a word kept close to the heart—Psalm 119:11—and every detail below places Scripture where you can find it.

Psalm 119:11

“I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”

This is the story behind Hidden Verse. We keep God’s word close to the heart, and we place a verse close to the wearer on each piece.

Matthew 7:7

“Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.”

Inside the Founders’ Polo collar, this runs across the neck tape: SEEK AND YOU WILL FIND · MATTHEW 7:7. It is our invitation to look closer, and it anchors the line Made to be found.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”

A JOHN 3:16 tape hangs straight down from the Matthew 7:7 neck tape, inside the back of the collar, so the two form a cross. Seek, and this is what we find.

Psalm 98:6

“With trumpets and sound of the ram’s horn, make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD.”

Our three horn buttons nod to the shofar, the ram’s horn that called God’s people to worship. There are three, one for each Person of the Trinity, and each is sewn with a cross. In Scripture a horn stands for strength, and Zechariah praises God, who “has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David” (Luke 1:69).

Psalm 12:6

“The LORD’s words are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.”

On our magnetic ball markers, the silver finish is a picture of God’s word: pure, tested, and true. John 3:16 is on the marker itself.

Revelation 1:15

“His feet were like burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace. His voice was like the voice of many waters.”

The deep gunmetal finish on the other marker brings to mind John’s vision of the risen Christ. We chose it for that burnished depth, not as a claim about the metal itself.

Psalm 121:1–2

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.”

Under the brim of the Perforated Performance Golf Cap is a question to look up and ask—and the next verse answers it. We print both so the help is never left hanging.

Proverbs 3:5

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.”

Under the brim of the Structured 6-Panel Cap, this is a simple reminder for the day ahead. We put it where only you see it when you tip the hat up.

Philippians 4:11–13

“Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

The Dad Hat brim reads Philippians 4:13. Philippians 4:11 is quoted with it for context, so the strength is clearly Christ’s in plenty and in little.

Isaiah 40:31

“But those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.”

Under the brim of the Rope Cap is this promise for the days you need fresh strength.
